All delivery of the goods or other services will be carried out by Satu or its assigned delivery third party of the seller themselves. All fulfilment of the delivery service shall be stated as notified to the Customer on the confirmation of their order. 

All delivery of any order, once confirmed, whether or not such payment is made shall not be cancelled by the Customer. In the event of unavailability of the rider or any unforeseen circumstances, Satu shall notify all parties on the cancellation of the Customer and any such payment of the Transaction, shall be refunded, and this is at the absolute discretion of Satu. 

In the event of Seller's cancellation after confirming the delivery, Satu has the absolute right to claim a reasonable amount of fee for the cancellation of each transaction and such sum shall be able to be set off against any sum Satu due to the Seller. 

Satu shall not be liable for any delivery performed by the Seller’s own delivery agent and the Customer shall liaise or resolve any dispute with the Seller directly.
